We all have those times when our deadlines are nearing and we procrastinate.  The issuing result is a stressful rush to meet the deadline that leads to anxiety and fatigue.  All this is not necessary if we only understood the energy of procrastination and why we fall victim to it.

Doris Muna will share with us an overview of the energy of procrastination, how it finds it’s way into our to-do lists, how it gains momentum and best of all how we can harness it and make it work for us instead of against us.

In this session, Doris will share examples and tools of:

  • Understanding the Process of Procrastination
  • Is it an inborn or acquired habit
  • How to rid ourselves of this and move to a better flow with ease and Grace.
