She has led a $150M underwriting transformation and automation program, and managed a $1.8B P&L. She has worked in the US, South America, Japan and London, effectively managing large and small teams spanning insurance digital distribution, direct and agency sales, business operations and IT including, VP level executives, staff managers, underwriters, front-line managers, strategists, and analysts. As the SVP Digital Business Officer at Chubb, Casey continues to pave the way for women in the digital space. She is respected as an “all-in” and “hands-on” executive leader, able to drive transformation and business results cross-culturally and cross-functionally.
