She is a Wharton undergrad, a Duke MBA and a former Corporate Finance Wall Street professional. She is currently the Treasurer of the National Association of Women Business Owners NYC. While Tricia is clearly a Math nerd, she is a performer currently dancing with the Forces of Nature Dance Theatre and formally an ensemble dancer in the Broadway musical, FELA!

She is certified as a MWBE with NYS & NYC. Her firm assists business owners with all elements of their financial lives and offers services in accounting; tax compliance; business planning; budgeting; cash flow; payroll reporting; income/asset protection; investments; and retirement plans. Sallie Mentors small business owners through two mentoring programs • provides pro bono financial planning to underserved populations • advocates for business owners at the federal level on tax matters • Consults with MWBEs at NYC Small Business Services (SBS) agency • instructs small business owners in the NYC FastTrac program • supports non-profits by serving as their board treasurer.
Ramona is a CPA and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) with over 20 years of experience as an accounting and finance professional. She has a track record of successfully devising and deploying innovative strategies that enhance operational and financial performance. She is the founder and CEO of FiBrick, an accounting and fractional CFO services firm based in NYC. Ramona was named a Notable Woman in Accounting and Consulting by Crain’s and has been featured on Bloomberg and The Wall Street Journal. She earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Baruch College, a Master’s in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University.
