Monica Shah, Owner of Revenue Breakthrough, is a 7-figure business owner, coaching women in building businesses that change their lives, their families’ lives, and their clients’ lives.

Tracy Matthews is a Jewelry Designer, Mentor to Creative Visionaries and the Host of the Top-Rated, Thrive By Design Podcast. She’s a jewelry industry vet who has been featured in InStyle, Elle, Us Weekly and Real Simple and on the Today Show, EOFire and Creative Live. As the Chief Visionary Officer of Flourish & Thrive Academy, she passionate about helping other highly creative types launch, grow and scale profitable jewelry and fashion brands. She lives in NYC, loves to travel and secretly wants to be the lead singer in a band.

 

 

Jessica Ochoa Hendrix:

Jessica Ochoa Hendrix, CEO of Killer Snails – Killer Snails is an edtech startup that creates games and apps that inspire a love of science. 

She has raised over $1.2 million for her company with support from the National Science Foundation, and Media Center IFP, New York. Killer Snails is a content partner with the American Museum of Natural History.

Jessica has worked in K-12 education since 2003 including consulting projects with Relay Graduate School of Education and the Charter Network Accelerator. She was previously the Director of Organizational Learning at Uncommon Schools as the network grew from sixteen to thirty two schools. She served as an Education Pioneer at the NYC Department of Education, helped launch the first Brooklyn Prospect Charter School in 2008, and taught for four years for The Princeton Review. She also worked in marketing for the Harvard Business Review and The Economist. Ms. Ochoa Hendrix received her MBA with a concentration in Social Enterprise from Columbia Business School and was awarded the prestigious Board of Overseers Fellowship and the Nathan Gantcher Prize for Social Enterprise. She holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and is a proud alumna of Project Entrepreneur.

 

Elaine Pofeldt:

Elaine Pofeldt is an independent journalist who specializes in small business, entrepreneurship and careers. She is the author of The Million-Dollar, One-Person Business, a look at how entrepreneurs are hitting seven-figure revenue in businesses where they are the only employees (Random House, Jan. 2, 2018). Her work has appeared in FORTUNEMoneyCNBCInc., Forbes, Crain’s New York Business and many other business publications and she is a contributor to the Economist Intelligence Unit. She is also a ghostwriter.

As a senior editor at FORTUNE Small Business, where she worked for eight years, Elaine was twice nominated for the National Magazine Award for her features and ran the magazine’s annual business plan completion. Elaine graduated from Yale University with a BA in English. She lives in in New Jersey with her husband and their four children and in her free time enjoys taekwondo, yoga and running.

 

Katie Keating:

Katie came to New York for a New Year’s Eve party and never left. As Creative Director / Co-Founder of Fancy LLC, she sees inspiration around every corner. She loves the excitement born out of big ideas and brings that enthusiasm to every account. The biggest, most exciting idea yet? Founding Fancy with her long-time creative partner, Erica Fite, six years ago. Firmly women-focused from the get-go, they jump at every chance to do great work that elevates what matters to women.
