A Mastermind group provides a confidential, safe, constructive environment in which to examine business activities, decisions, goals and problems.

Each group is made up of 5 to 8 women who operate different kinds of businesses. This diversity provides varying viewpoints that enhance discussions, as well as alleviate concerns about sharing confidential information with a competitor.

Participating in a Mastermind Group is a premier chapter member benefit. There are a few rules of participation we would like to ensure you are comfortable with:

-Commitment is for 6 months and groups begin in June and end in November.

-Commitment encompasses participating in one facilitated 135-minute session each month at the same day and time each month. Sessions take a ‘hot seat’ format with 15 mins per hot seat enabling each group member to have a ‘hot seat’ session each month

At Members’ request, occasional guest speakers may address the group. Themed sessions are also possible.

-Information is shared confidentially among participating members.

– Active participation by each member is necessary for the group’s success. Mastermind groups work best when everyone participates.

-Masterminds are open to Premier NAWBO members.

-Cost is $300 for six months.
