A passionate event planner and strategy geek, Beth Hernandez-Casey is an all-around meeting nerd. Events energize Beth but her true calling is developing event strategy, event design and unique menu planning (she never orders off the menu folks!). After producing, managing and planning events for nearly a decade, she knows her stuff and loves putting her knowledge and expertise to work. Beth firmly believes that brunch is a food group. When not on the job, she can be found streaming infotainment, traveling with her family or brunching and karaoke-ing in the greatest city in the world, New York!
