Our Fireside Chat special guest is Veronica “Roni” Holcomb
We are deeply saddened by the recent deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breanna Taylor, Eric Gardner and the many more that have gone before them. Our conversation will begin with a moment of silence for all of those who have lost their lives and have been hurt as a result of racial injustice.
In this week’s Fireside Chat, Elizabeth Foster, President NAWBO NYC, will be talking with Roni Holcomb, an inspirational and outstanding leadership coach whose mantra is “Transforming our World, One Leader at a Time”.
Roni will be sharing her story of being a black business woman working in Corporate America. She’ll share her achievements, her challenges and how in spite of humble beginnings, support, faith and love allowed her to train, coach and transform the lies of countless leaders for nearly 40 years.
We will be talking about what we can do to support all of our sisters regardless of race, class or ethnicity and how diversity makes us stronger.
People all over the world are protesting and demanding change. NAWBO NYC is a community – we show up, stand with each other and have difficult conversations.
