Tania Sterl, founder of Sterl on Style, is a personal wardrobe stylist for female industry leaders in fitness, finance, law, media, politics, medicine, and more. She is an eloquent speaker that blends her experience as a fashion designer and image consultant to help women to dress to be seen as the leader and expert that they are.

In addition to speaking, Tania works with private clients through her wardrobe styling services that range from closet edits and personal shopping, to styling for TV, video and photo-shoots. As the “Creative Director for your Image,” Tania, aka Sterl on Style, defines a woman’s unique fashion formula for success that is in tune with her role and her goals, helping her to dress to achieve them.

Why did you choose this particular business/industry?

“I love the power of fashion to help transform a woman’s condence taking her from invisible to visible.”

Who is your ideal client?

“Mostly women over 40 who are advancing their career, are the movers, shakers and game changers across all industries. The woman who are “self-made” celebrities who have worked their way through adversity and show other women what’s possible. A woman going through a change in her body, age, career, and is playing bigger and needs her clothing and image to support her and represent her unique brand and self-expression.”

What would your clients say about you?

“I hear that not only do I quickly understand an individual woman’s idea of style, but also I am unlike a personal shopper, as I listen, I care, I understand how a woman not only wants to LOOK in her clothing, but how she wants to FEEL.”

What do you love about your life?

Omigosh, I moved to New York City in 1998 to pursue a career in fashion, and now at 47 years old, 20-some years later, I am living my dream helping empower women, with style!
