She brings to bear 25 years of business experience in the IT consulting and staffing industry, serving Fortune 1000 clients in pharmaceutical, financial services, consumer goods, direct marketing, media and state government.
Karen was president of Celerity Technology Services, a boutique IT consulting firm she co-founded in 2001 and subsequently sold in 2008. Prior to Celerity, Karen was a member of the senior management team for Modis, Inc., where she held P& L leadership and management responsibility for the Connecticut branch, a $17M organization with more than 100 employees. Earlier in her career, Karen held positions at AGS Information Services and Software Design Associates.

Sandi is a principal of Consultants 2 Go, a marketing and analytics consulting firm that provides affordable, seasoned consultants on an interim basis or as an outsourced project to Fortune 500 companies. Clients include American Express, AT&T, Verizon, Vonage, MasterCard, and MetLife.
Sandi has created and executed national direct mail campaigns, conferences, web site launches, and inbound telemarketing programs for customers in the financial services, telecom, and insurance industries. She served as a Director of Marketing at American Express, and worked in customer development at Saks Fifth Avenue. She also helped pioneer several new programs for the NYC Board of Education.
