Laura Fredricks will focus on the keys for making the best “Ask”, whether you want to increase sales or create better working relationships. Judith Glaser will identify the seven leadership practices necessary for running a profitable WE-centric business. Debbie Mandel will help you learn to de-stress by overcoming the pressures that stop you from being true to yourself and enjoying your work.

Laura Fredricks, JD, author of The Ask: How To Ask For Support For Your Nonprofit Cause, Creative Project, Or Business Venture, is an expert fundraiser, an internationally known inspirational speaker, and principal of a boutique consulting company for businesses and nonprofits. Laura was the vice president for philanthropy at Pace University where she raised $92 million in six years. She has taught at the University of Pennsylvania, Columbia, Duke, NYU, and the Smithsonian Institution. Laura holds a communication degree from Rutgers College and a law degree from Western New England College School of Law.
Judith E. Glaser author of The DNA Of Leadership: Leverage Your Instincts To Communicate, Differentiate, Innovate is an executive consultant, coach, and the President of Benchmark Communications, Inc., founded in 1980. Her firm helps businesses focus on competitive challenges, particularly those that affect the customer. Benchmark’s clients span a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, fashion, retail, finance, communications, and more such as Coach, Clairol, Donna Karan International, Citibank, Siemens, and Pfizer. She has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Management Review, and on The Today Show.
Debbie Mandel, MA, author of Addicted To Stress: A Woman’s 7-Step Program To Reclaim Joy And Spontaneity In Life, is a stress-management specialist, radio talk show host, mind/body lecturer, and creator of an educational website. She conducts stress-management workshops for women, couples, medical personnel, staff development, caregivers, teachers and others. She has been written about or quoted in such publications as The New York Times, Newsday, Cosmopolitan, and More, and has appeared on both television and national radio shows. Debbie graduated from Brooklyn College and has a Master’s Degree from New York University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
