Every business, including yours, has at least one strategic asset – one existing strength – that can form the foundation for your future growth. This Inside Advantage usually lies unrecognized in an activity that you are currently performing, or a concept or idea that you already have and can exploit. Finding this hidden potential within your business, nurturing and communicating it, and becoming well known for it, is the secret to business success.
At NAWBO-NYC’s Inside Advantage program, global business expert Robert Bloom will lead you through a step-by-step process for discovering that strategic asset and promoting it. This is a hands-on workshop that will help you identify your core strengths and your customers’ needs. You will leave with a new, deeper understanding of the fundamental nature of your business as well as a brief written framework for growth. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to learn from the best.
